Toronto, ON Web Design
You do not need to appeal to everyone. Just the right customers.
A small Toronto business can disappear behind broad, forgettable website copy. We help you explain what you do particularly well and why it matters to your customers. Then we build a fast, easy-to-use website that makes that offer clear, from the first search visit to the enquiry form.
Panorama is based in Vancouver, BC, and I work with Toronto businesses remotely through calls, email, and shared design previews. You work directly with me, a BCIT graduate and the person building your site.
Start with your speciality, not the whole city.
Toronto is too broad a market for a website that simply promises everything to everyone. We would narrow the starting point to your strongest services, the customers who need them, and the areas you can serve well. A neighbourhood business might need clear location and appointment information. A specialist working across the city needs to explain the particular problems they solve and show the work behind that claim.
For example: a specialist has more to say than 'we renovate.'
If your company focuses on condo renovations, we could build a page around your actual process, the types of projects you take, and the information you need before quoting. Your own project photos can show the scope and finish of the work. That gives a suitable customer a reason to contact you instead of comparing an indistinguishable list of general contractors.
What we would focus on first
- Describe the specific services you want to grow in language a potential customer would use.
- Explain genuine location or project limits so enquiries match the work you can take on.
- Give each important service a helpful page and a clear route to an estimate or conversation.
Toronto web design and SEO built around real customers.
Our custom web design service for Toronto businesses combines fast, mobile-friendly pages with clear service information, real project photos, and an easy way to enquire. We optimize images and code, write descriptive page titles, and organize headings and internal links so visitors and search engines can understand your business.
A practical Toronto SEO strategy starts with the services customers actually need and the questions they ask before choosing a business. Our SEO services can add search research, useful content, technical improvements, and Google Business Profile guidance. For eligible businesses, accurate hours, services, photos, and genuine reviews help customers decide who to contact. We never invent addresses or promise a particular Google position.
More visitors are useful only if they are a good fit. We can plan measurement around completed enquiries and meaningful calls, then improve the pages bringing those prospects in. If you want to test paid traffic too, Google Ads and Facebook Ads are separate services we can discuss. Your budget should have a job, not just a pretty report.
Website plans for Toronto small businesses.
Our monthly website plan is $150 per month and includes design, development, hosting, unlimited edits, and ongoing support. There is a 12-month minimum, followed by month-to-month service. The subscription website is not transferred to you if you cancel.
Prefer to buy your website outright? The lump-sum option is $3,200, plus $25 per month for hosting. Both standard website plans cover up to five pages; additional pages are $100 each. Ongoing SEO campaigns and ad management are quoted separately. We confirm currency, scope, and any extras in your proposal. See our full pricing and inclusions before choosing a plan.
Questions from Toronto business owners
Can I start with one niche and expand the website later?
Yes. Starting with a focused offer can make the first version more useful and manageable. We can plan a structure that leaves room for additional services, then add pages when you have a clear offer and enough detail to help someone evaluate it. You do not need to launch a small encyclopedia on day one.
Can you improve my existing Toronto website?
We can review what you have and explain whether targeted improvements or a rebuild make more sense. If we replace it, we plan redirects for changed URLs and preserve useful content. A fresh design should not throw away the work your old site has already done.
How do we get started?
Send your website address, the services you want more enquiries for, and the area you actually serve. We will discuss priorities, agree on the scope, and show you the design before development. You approve the content before launch. There are more details in our website and SEO FAQs.
