Yes. Your domain belongs to your business. Whenever possible, we recommend registering it in an account that you control. If we help register or manage it for you, it can be transferred to you if our working relationship ends.

Send us an email with the requested changes and any replacement text or images. We will confirm the request, ask any necessary questions, and let you know when the update is complete. Larger additions that fall outside your plan will always be discussed and quoted before work begins.

The monthly plan includes custom design and development, hosting, unlimited edits, 24/7 support, and lifetime updates. A blog can be added for $250, and pages beyond the first five are $100 each.

Yes. After the 12-month minimum, the plan continues month to month for as long as you would like us to host, maintain, and update your website. You may cancel after the minimum term, but the website itself is not transferred because the subscription pays for an ongoing service rather than the purchase of the website.

The monthly plan is a 12-month commitment, so cancelling early does not remove the remaining payment obligation. The exact cancellation and payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement before the project begins. If an unexpected situation arises, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss it with you.

We would be happy to work with you again. Returning to the monthly website plan requires a new 12-month agreement, and any rebuilding or content changes needed before relaunch will be reviewed with you first.
